Who is responsible

This website is the personal portfolio of Isabel Maier, Switzerland. Isabel Maier is the controller of any personal data processed through it under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP). You can reach me at maierisabel90@gmail.com.

What data is processed

• Server logs. When you visit the site, the hosting provider automatically processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the time of your visit. This is needed to deliver the site securely.

• Emails you send me. If you contact me by email, I receive your name, email address and the content of your message, and use them only to reply.

• Visitor statistics. This site uses Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and see which pages are read. It works without cookies and does not identify individual visitors; data is aggregated.

This site does not use a contact form, tracking cookies, advertising or social media plugins.

Hosting in the USA

This site is hosted by Vercel Inc., USA. Vercel is certified under the Data Privacy Framework, which the Swiss Federal Council recognises as providing an adequate level of data protection for transfers to certified US companies.

Cookies and browser storage

This site does not set tracking cookies. It only stores your colour theme preference in your browser. You can block or delete browser storage at any time in your browser settings.

How long data is kept

Server logs are kept by the hosting provider only as long as needed for operation and security. Emails are kept as long as needed for our conversation.
