Resume
10+ years making complex systems understandable.
From an immigration office to AI product design: my work has always been about helping people navigate systems that matter to them.
My path
My path into design wasn't planned. As an immigration officer, I noticed applicants giving "wrong" answers on official forms, and realised the problem wasn't the people; it was the form and its language. Redesigning it turned a frustration into a passion.
I started building websites, first for individuals and non-profits, then for small companies. As a freelancer, I could only take on projects as big as one person can carry, so I moved into consulting to work at a larger scale: at Sybit I designed B2B commerce shops and dashboards built on complex enterprise data.
Today at UBS I design how people work with AI across the bank. The thread hasn't changed since that first form: making complex systems understandable for the people who depend on them.
